A 2X The New England Music Awards nominee and recent The Hippo Best Musical Act, Brad Myrick performs in many formats ranging from solo acoustic shows to full band performances with influences ranging from rock and pop to world music, Americana, and contemporary jazz. Brad’s instrumental duo, Nicola Cipriani & Brad Myrick, has released 5 albums of original music, and has had multiple successful tours of the USA and Italy. He has also toured the US, Canada, France, and Italy as guitarist for internationally acclaimed singer Vinx. Brad has worked on numerous albums in the studio, including #1 Mexican pop artist Maria José, multiple artists for Italian label IRMA Records, & releases by dozens of New England musicians. When not playing shows in his own name, Brad performs lead guitar and background vocals with New England Country Act of the Year, April Cushman.
Brad is a graduate of the USC Thornton School of Music in Los Angeles, and LACM: Los Angeles College of Music (formerly Los Angeles Music Academy). He has performed workshops and masterclasses around the US and Europe, and was a staff member at Music-Academy.it in Bologna, Italy from 2008-2010. He is also founder and co-owner of NH Music Collective, a New Hampshire-based booking, production, and artist development business that actively pursues artistic & business collaborations which directly help local musicians. Brad Myrick proudly endorses Pleks Handmade Picks, and plays the Wanderlust model, inspired by his duo’s album of the same name.
