Teaching

Brad Myrick teaches clinics across the U.S. and Italy and offers individualized private instruction from his home studio in Concord, NH. Brad earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Southern California, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2008. Experience – Instructor: Brad worked full-time at Music Academy 2000 in Bologna, Italy from 2008-2010 and has been an Artist-In-Residence at their partner school, Experience Academy in Montagnana, Italy since 2009.  He teaches school-wide classes including Harmony & Theory, Music Appreciation, Performance Workshops and Artist Development as well as guitar-specific classes including Technique, Stylistic Analysis and Sight Reading. Brad has taught privately since 2002, and currently offers group classes and private lessons by request at Strings & Things Music in Concord, NH as well.

Experience – Clinician: Since 2009 Brad has presented clinics to enthusiastic students at schools across the US and Italy on topics such as Arranging (live & studio), Advanced Guitar Concepts, Open Chords, “Layers of Sound” – creating pop/rock guitar parts, Group Interplay, Songwriting, and Making A Living as a Professional Musician.
